Denise S.S. Fullerton, now a five-time Rising Star, has focused her practice on the areas of Personal Injury and No-Fault law since being admitted to practice in 1998. She is admitted to the state and federal courts of Minnesota, and is a qualified neutral for the American Arbitration Association. She is an honors graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and William Mitchell College of Law. In addition to many bar associations, Denise is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. She is a frequent faculty member of CLEs, and authors articles for publication. Denise is on the MTLA Board of Governors and Executive Committee, and holds leadership positions on the MTLA No-Fault Committee and Women Lawyers section of MTLA.
