 Denise S.S. Fullerton

Denise Fullerton practices in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, assisting her clients with insurance benefits, injury and loss compensation, arbitration, and litigation. She focuses her practice on Trucking Litigation, Wrongful Death, Automobile Accidents, Liquor Liability, and Dog Attacks.

In 1993, Denise graduated with Honors from Gustavus Adolphus College. She is also a 1998 Honors graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She has focused her practice on the areas of Personal Injury and No-Fault law since 1998.

Denise has been a faculty member and chair of numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars, particularly on the topics of Personal Injury and No-Fault law. She is also a qualified neutral for the American Arbitration Association.

In 2008 Denise was made a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum - a national organization comprised exclusively of members who have achieved Million Dollar results for their clients.

Denise has been named, for the fifth time, a Rising Star among Minnesota lawyers. Minnesota Law & Politics, in their January 2008 magazine, published the names of Denise and the rest of the top 2½% of up-and-coming lawyers in the State, as nominated by the Super Lawyers® of Minnesota.

Denise is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. She is a member of the Ramsey County and Minnesota State Bar Associations.  She is an accomplished and recognized member of Minnesota Association for Justice (formerly the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Associations/MTLA).  In 2001, Denise began her leadership track as a Chair/Co-Chair of the MN Justice No-Fault Committee, a position she held for six years. She and this committee continue their work on important consumer issues affecting victims of car accidents throughout the State. She was appointed to the MN Justice Board of Governors and served on that Board for six years.  She has also served on the Executive Committee of MN Justice, and as co-chair of the Women Lawyers Section of MN Justice.

Denise lives in Arden Hills with her husband, two young daughters, and two new dogs. Her personal interests revolve around her family and home. She enjoys landscaping and gardening, home remodeling and decorating, spending time with her family, and a variety of creative arts.
